OUR FIRST INVESTMENT IN VIETNAM
Bcons Asahi is Mercuria Vietnam’s first real estate investment project in Vietnam. Announced in February 2025, the project is being developed with Bcons in the Di An area of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Binh Duong Province, approximately 20 km from the Ho Chi Minh City CBD.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
• Mid-income condominium development
• Site area: approximately 4,287.8 sq.m.
• 1 tower: 29 storeys above ground and 2 basement levels
• 490 residential units
• Unit sizes: approximately 30–70 sq.m.
• Amenities include a swimming pool and kindergarten
Mercuria SPV made the equity investment by acquiring a 49% interest in the project company. Mercuria Vietnam’s local team supports ongoing project monitoring and coordination.

HO CHI MINH CITY CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT
In collaboration with Marimo Holdings Group and Bcons
Announced in February 2026, this project brings together Bcons, Marimo Global and the Mercuria group to develop affordable housing for Vietnam’s growing middle-income population. The site is located in Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, approximately 20 km from the city’s CBD.

• 3 residential towers
• Approximately 800 units
• Unit sizes: approximately 30–70 sq.m.
• Construction planned from 2026

Announced in May 2026, these two residential projects are located in the eastern and suburban area of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly part of Binh Duong Province, where future extension of Metro Line 1 is expected to support long-term residential demand.

• Two residential development projects led by Bcons
• Project 1: approximately 1,000 units on approximately 5.0 hectares
• Project 2: approximately 1,250 units on approximately 6.5 hectares
• Approximately 2,250 units in total
• Both projects are planned for completion in 2028
